Wandering on the Periphery of Blue
A slow photographic process shaped by plants, water, and light
Wandering on the Periphery of Blue is a slow photographic practice rooted in touch, time, and attention.
Working with light, water, plants, and paper, the process unfolds through washing, soaking, and waiting, allowing images to drift beyond the familiar blue into a quieter, more expansive palette. Colour emerges gradually, shaped by natural materials and the rhythms of the hand, rather than fixed outcomes or speed.
This is not a technique to master, but a journey to inhabit.
An invitation to slow down, to work close to the materials, and to let images reveal themselves through process.
Each print is the result of patience, repetition, and care, a conversation between image, surface, and the elements that surround us.
